Prime Development Corporation is a full service general contractor specializing in commercial construction; we are fully licensed (CSLB # 620529), insured, and bonded. 

With over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, our team has completed tenant improvement projects for banks, warehouses, office buildings,  and medical buildings, along with build-outs  and other general commercial remodeling projects.
